Supplier and Venue Service - From £150

Venue Search

One of the most difficult tasks in planning your wedding is finding that perfect venue for you and your guests and for you to envision how it will look on your wedding day. This alone can be a mind blowing experience. We can search various venues based on your requirements and provide you with the following:

• Availability check
• Binder containing brochures and menus (if available) for four different venues which will narrow down the
   search for you helping you to choose the right place for you.
• All contact details and one site visit to your chosen venue.

Supplier Search - From £150

Are you having trouble finding the perfect florist? We can find and make initial contact with four suppliers from the particular category and make initial contact to get an idea on prices and obtain brochures (if available) for you to peruse at your leisure and then when you have made your choice I can arrange an appointment for you and if required will accompany you to one visit.

I will provide a binder for you including contact details and any brochures.

RSVP Management - From £100

If you have a sizeable wedding you may want to think about having your rsvp's managed so your guest list can be updated quickly and efficiently so you have an at a glance view of who has accepted and who hasn't.
It will help you greatly by knowing how many guests you have coming at any one time should your caterer want an update on the numbers.

This also includes filling the envelopes and posting one lot of invitations and logging dietary requirements and liaising with your caterer or venue. We will also assist in the creation of a table plan as we know from experience how tricky these can be.
