On the day co-ordination - From £300

On the day co-ordination is perfect for couples who are handling everything themselves but want to have a bit of a helping hand on the day itself.

We meet a couple of weeks before so you can hand over your supplier details and this meeting may take up to two hours. We will discuss the arrangements you want carried out and then on the day we oversee and work with your hotel or other venue to ensure that everything happens in accordance to your requirements.

Finishing Touches Service - From £500

You have organised and booked most things yourself, but you feel that you now need assistance with the over seeing and co-ordination of your wedding plans some 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding.

We liaise with all your vendors, your venue, finalise guest numbers, talk to the caterers, basically check all of your arrangements and that everything is running according to plan. We set up the venue on the day and make sure that everything is running efficiently.

This service includes:

• Two hour consultation
• Schedule of wedding events
• RSVP tracking and management
• On the day wedding co-ordination (8 hours on site)

Complete Design and Co-ordination - from £2000

This service is perfect for those couples who want an original, individual and bespoke service.

Whether you have positive and definite ideas, or if you do not know where to begin a full wedding co-ordination service will give you peace of mind so you enjoy the build up to the wedding as much as the day itself.

There are many more things not included here that a planner will have to take care of in the run up to and on the actual day itself. Scenarios will inevitably happen at weddings from the florist being in a car accident to the venue holding back bottles of alcohol that had been paid for, to guests who have items for the reception being over two hours late in getting from the church to the reception.

Any scenarios that do crop up will be dealt with usually without you knowing, which is why a planner is so indispensible. Can you imagine having to deal with all that on your wedding day?

• Detailed lists of accommodation options, with directions for guests, reserving any rooms as required.
